As ever, we’ve ranked the best of the best in S-tier, with the no-hopers down in D-tier-. It’s just a suggestion, though, and if you think a C or D-tier character makes your combos work, there’s no reason not to use them.

At the time of writing, the best two spells in the game are Avada Kedavra and Sectumsempra. Avada Kedavra, as you would imagine for the killing curse, is especially potent, while Sectumsempra is almost as incredibly reliable for taking down high HP foes.
