Now let’s race into all the Disney Speedstorm characters we know so far.
Disney Speedstorm Speedsters
Mickey Mouse
We couldn’t have a Disney racing game without the big man himself, Mickey Mouse. He is the first racer you get access to in Disney Speedstorm and his unique skill, Trailblazer, gives him a speed boost and invulnerability.
Belle
Next in the Speedster category is Belle from Beauty and the Beast, everyone’s favorite nerdy Disney princess. Her unique skill is called Enchanted Mirror and can grant one of two effects. If pressed, she spawns furniture from the Beast’s mansion that stuns her opponents, and if you hold the skill, birds spawn that speed her up.
Mowgli
Jungle-dwelling Mowgli takes the wheel in Disney Speedstorm, something he’s surprisingly good at for someone raised among animals. His unique skill One of the Pack allows him to call wolves to his side to give nitro boosts and stun opponents.
Mike Wazowski
Monsters Inc.’s funny man and Celia Mae’s googly bear Mike Wazowski uses his industry knowledge to get ahead in the race. His skill generates three doors that teleport him a short distance forward and teleport his opponents a short distance backwards.
Disney Speedstorm Tricksters
Mulan
Fiery princess Mulan is part of the Trickster class in Disney Speedstorm. Her unique skill Firework Barrage shoots fireworks at her foes to stun them, and can fire a guided rocket behind her to target a specific enemy.
Megara
Megara is known for being a cunning woman, so the Trickster class makes a lot of sense for her. Her special skill Grecian Burn gives her a speed boost that lasts longer based on the number of opponents she overtakes. If you hold the skill she becomes intangible and leaves a blinding trail behind her.
Jack Sparrow
Captain Jack Sparrow of the Black Pearl uses his Cutlass Fury skill to stun enemies that get too close to his treasure. This also generates nitro fuel over time, allowing him to make a quick getaway.
Randall
As you might expect, this antagonistic lizard from Monsters Inc. is a Trickster in Disney Speedstorm. His special ability Scream Collector allows him to turn invisible for a short period to scare his opponents and collect screams to give him a speed boost.
Figment
If you’re unfamiliar with Figment, this tricky dragon is a Walt Disney World mascot from the Journey into Imagination attraction at Epcot. He uses his imagination powers in his unique skill to obscure his opponents’ vision and gain a speed boost.
Disney Speedstorm Brawlers
Donald Duck
Make way for the duck! Donald Duck and his temper are iconic to Disney fans, so he makes perfect sense as the face of the Brawlers. His skill that’s based on his iconic catchphrase “Why I oughta…” protects him for one hit and then lets him get angry in retaliation.
Hercules
The Grecian hero Hercules is also a great representative of Brawlers with his fighting prowess. His Olympian Flyby grants him a speed boost and you can choose to either stun your opponents or protect yourself.
Beast
Beast’s Enchanted Rose ability utilizes his roar to scare opponents in front of him and allows him to leap forward. If you activate it three times, Beast becomes enraged!
Sulley
Sulley is known for his powerful roar, so he uses it in Disney Speedstorm to stun his opponents with a powerful AoE skill. He also has access to a fiery aura and bombs, so you’d better stay out of his way.
Disney Speedstorm Defenders
Li Shang
Li Shang heads up the Defender class by spinning his wooden staff to protect himself and stun his opponents. He’ll make a man out of you, I’m sure.
Elizabeth
The girlboss of the Black Pearl takes charge using her ability, the Jade Captain’s Knot. She dashes forward ahead of her foes and leaves a trail behind that blocks them.
Baloo
Baloo’s Bare Necessities revolves around one of his great loves – food. He becomes invulnerable and can either throw rotten fruit behind him to stun enemies, or eat fresh fruit to refill his nitro fuel.
Celia Mae
Mike’s beloved girlfriend Celia Mae has a volatile personality and uses it to her advantage while racing. Her Happy Mood skill lets her generate a little bit of nitro fuel when there are no other racers around, and her Angry Mood skill generates even more nitro fuel and slows down her opponents.
Goofy
Goofy’s unique skill Barnstormer makes use of the times when he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, letting him lose control of his kart for a short period to stun his opponents.
